When you book an appointment with Euro Horse Dentist:
§ We will turn up on time (bar an earthquake, hurricane
or other natural disaster – but even then we would ring to let you know what was going on and when we would be with
you!)
§ We will have with us all the tools and equipment that
we need to do the job and they will be spotlessly clean and disinfected!
§ We will give your horse plenty time to get to know us
before starting to mess on with their teeth (most horses can expect at least half a packet of polo’s from Chandler!)
§ We will explain what we’re doing and why and encourage
you to ask as many questions as you like
§ We always aim to work without sedation. Good horsemanship
and a calm, reassuring disposition normally works fine and is better than a cocktail of sedative drugs!
§ We will give you an ‘equine dental evaluation
chart’ for each horse including recommendations for future treatment
§ We will be friendly and professional
§ All our work will be fully insured
What we ask from you:
§ A suitable and safe working area
§ Full payment made at the time of treatment
§ (Tea and coffee are nice too !!!)
